What are your credentials?
I am a certified holistic health practitioner. This means I am competent in nutrition, herbals and healthy lifestyles. I have been working in the wellness industry since 1999 and have had the opportunity to help many people, like you, reach their goals. I am also avid about continued education. I stay informed on the latest research by going to conferences, reading books, reading articles, and subscribing to many of the industries periodicals. In the future very near future I anticipate completing my bachelor’s degree in natural medicine and continuing on to the doctorate level.
What would a typical session look like?
A typical session begins with a questionnaire followed by a discussion of your health history, eating habits and goals. From there we will establish exactly why you came to see me and other areas of concern I may have. From there we begin our journey together. There is often a large list of areas that need to be addressed, so we begin with the most important and add on from there, as you are ready. This is your journey and for you to have success, we need to take it one step at a time.
What do I walk away with after a session?
After a session you will be given the tools necessary to succeed. Some examples would be individualized sample meal plans, recipes, strategies to eat right with your lifestyle, and any other pertinent information.
What does a session cost?
An initial session costs $60 with subsequent sessions costing $35. An initial consult lasts 60-75 minutes with follow ups lasting around 30 minutes.
